Are the tour prices per person or for the whole group?

All prices listed are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices may vary for solo travelers, larger groups, or specific accommodation preferences. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your group size.

What is included in the tour packages?

Our packages typically include accommodation, meals as specified, transportation, local sightseeing transfers, and a knowledgeable guide. Each package detail page lists exact inclusions and exclusions clearly.

Can I customize a tour package as per my requirements?

Absolutely! We specialize in customized tours. You can request changes to the itinerary, accommodation category, duration, or add extra destinations. Just share your preferences via WhatsApp or the contact form.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made more than 15 days before departure receive a full refund minus booking fees. Cancellations within 7–15 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, the booking is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Do you provide vehicle rentals without a tour package?

Yes! We offer standalone vehicle rentals including SUVs, sedans, tempo travellers, and motorcycles — with or without a driver. Prices are charged per day. Visit our Vehicles or Bikes section to see the full fleet and pricing.

Is Varanasi safe for solo travelers and women?

Varanasi is generally safe for all travelers. We ensure all our tours are accompanied by professional, vetted guides and provide reliable transportation. Female-accompanied guides are available on request.

What is the best time to visit Varanasi and Ayodhya?

The ideal time is October through March when the weather is pleasant and cool. Dev Deepawali (November) and Mahashivratri are spectacular festivals to experience. Avoid peak summer (May–June) as temperatures can reach 45°C.
